Because Sai View Travels does not process online payments, cancellation terms are confirmed individually with you at the time of booking, based on the specific service involved (vehicle, package, bus, flight or hotel). This page describes our general approach.
Vehicle & Package Bookings
Cancellation or rescheduling terms for vehicles and tour packages are agreed with you directly on WhatsApp or by phone before confirmation, since terms can vary by season, vehicle type and how close to your travel date the change is requested.
Bus, Flight & Hotel Bookings
Where we assist with third-party bus, flight or hotel bookings, cancellation is governed by that operator's own cancellation policy, which we will share with you before you confirm.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
Message us on WhatsApp or call +91 70404 05656 as early as possible if your plans change — earlier notice generally gives us more flexibility to adjust or refund where applicable.
